# Help and contact

Questions, a problem with the app or seen something that isn't allowed? We're happy to help.

We reply within two working days, and to reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.

## Quick fixes in the app

- Report a player or message: long-press the name or the message and choose Report.
- Block someone: long-press the name and choose Block. You then no longer see each other or get notifications from each other.

- Forgot your password: choose Forgot password? on the login screen.
- No confirmation email: check your spam folder, or log in to get a new link.

- No push notifications: turn on notifications for TeamUpNL in your phone's settings and choose favourite pitches.
- Delete your account: Profile → Delete account. Without the app: see [delete your account](https://teamupnl.nl/en/delete-account/).

## Questions about the waitlist

- No confirmation email after signing up? Check your spam folder, or sign up again after ten minutes.
- You can unsubscribe with the link in every email. Your details are then deleted straight away.

## Danger or a crime?

In immediate danger, call 112. Report a crime to the police and also report the player in the app.
