Delete your TeamUpNL account

You can always have your account and all data that belongs to it deleted.

In the app (immediately)

• Open TeamUpNL and go to Profile.
• Choose Delete account and confirm with Delete.
• Your account is gone straight away and you are logged out.

Without the app

• Send an email from your account's email address with the subject "Delete account".
• We check that the address belongs to an account and delete it within 30 days (usually within a few days). You'll get a confirmation by email.

What we delete

• Your profile (name, username, email address, password, gender, position, level, photo), your login sessions and the link with Google or Apple.
• Your favourite pitches, followers and who you follow, your availability, your TeamUps, your chat messages, your reports and blocks, your feedback, your stars and honours after TeamUps (given and received), your location for TeamUps nearby, and the push codes of your phones.
• We keep no copy. Only emails that were already delivered stay in the recipient's inbox (such as your own confirmation emails).

And the waitlist?

If you're on the waitlist, unsubscribe with the link in the email. Your details are then deleted straight away.
