Questions, a problem with the app or seen something that isn't allowed? We're happy to help.

We reply within two working days, and to reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.

Quick fixes in the app

Report a player or message: long-press the name or the message and choose Report.
Block someone: long-press the name and choose Block. You then no longer see each other or get notifications from each other.
Forgot your password: choose Forgot password? on the login screen.
No confirmation email: check your spam folder, or log in to get a new link.
No push notifications: turn on notifications for TeamUpNL in your phone's settings and choose favourite pitches.
Delete your account: Profile → Delete account. Without the app: see delete your account.

No confirmation email after signing up? Check your spam folder, or sign up again after ten minutes.
You can unsubscribe with the link in every email. Your details are then deleted straight away.

In immediate danger, call 112. Report a crime to the police and also report the player in the app.
